xp补丁无法安装

我的系统是XP sp2  下载了2个有关IE的补丁 但总是提示安装失败

<br>请教各位到底是什么问题  怎么解决？

你尝试过不用安全卫士上面下载的补丁安装过没有，要是不用360上面下载的补丁能够安装，则说明你的系统没有问题的！对了，你看一看你下载的补丁文件一般有多大，要是在3M左右的，基本上是正确的，要是有的是按K算的话，估计是你的补丁没有下载成功，虽然360上面提示的是成功的！
